Is there a refund policy?

Every vendor in our directory is reviewed and approved by our concierge team before appearing publicly. We look at their experience, reviews, responsiveness, and fit for the types of events we serve. Vendors with the PKP Verified badge have been additionally verified for licensing and insurance.
